✔ Provide clear instructions and organized materials. We do not accept disorganized “brain dumps” without context or structure.

4. PAYMENT TERMS & NO REFUND POLICY

✔ All payments must be made in full before work begins.
✔ There are no refunds. Due to the nature of digital services, strategy development, and AI automation, all sales are final.
✔ Additional work beyond the agreed scope will be invoiced separately. Any change orders or requests outside the initial agreement will require additional fees.
